Can I use my subscription at different venues?

Yes. Your allocation can be used at different venues, subject to availability and the agreed delivery and collection arrangements.

Can I use more than two charging stations at an event?

Yes. You can combine your station-day allocation, subject to your package’s maximum deployment size, or request additional equipment at preferential subscriber rates.

Can I use my subscription for a two-day exhibition?

Yes. A two-five day deployment consumes two station-days for every station supplied.

Can I change my event dates?

Yes, subject to the booking and cancellation conditions and equipment availability.

Can the phone charging stations display our company logo?

Yes. Your initial corporate branding artwork setup is included in the relevant package. Additional artwork production or rebranding may incur charges.

Are delivery and collection included?

Delivery, collection and installation are quoted separately based on the venue, distance and equipment requirements unless your quotation specifically includes them. Mostly FREE for all advanced bookings

What happens if I do not use all my station-days?

Unused allocations expire at the end of the relevant subscription period, subject to any agreed written extension.

Can I renew my subscription?

Yes. Chargezone will contact you before expiry to discuss renewal and your future event requirements.
